- Management of the entire estate of Sanstha, Branches, Land, Water resources, etc.
- Recording of land and buildings with Government authorities.
- Management of Land and Building received from Charity Commissioner. Renewal of such real estate.
- Buildings repair and maintenance.
- Dealing with entire litigation related to non-agriculture and agricultural land.
- Representing Sanstha in the Court of Law.
- Writing reviews and confidential reports of working staff.
- Perform such other duties as assigned by Sanstha Office Bearers from time to time.
- The law officer is responsible to the Secretary of Rayat Shikshan Sanstha, Satara to give opinions/remarks on the legal matters.
